Such is the importance of these products to the industry that we have decided to offer a half day course to help you better understand the options available. We will cover:
- the types of plant based milk available and their broad characteristics
- how to effectively foam plant based milks and understanding their limitations
- how to choose plant based milks for your menu
This is very much a sensory course so you will be expected to taste a wide range of plant based milks, both with and without coffee.
