The Iyenga Village is located in the Mbozi District in southern Tanzania and is the location of the Iyenga Agricultural Marketing Cooperative Society (MCOS) which was created in 2003. 

During the harvest, cooperative members will either deliver their cherries directly to the Iyenga wet mill to be processed or will process their cherries at home.
