Our Solitude Espresso currently comprises of coffee from the Cajamarca region of Peru.  The farm is owned by Maria Nieves Tantalean Fernandez.  Although Maria owns two farms, called El Limon I and El Limon II, this particular lot comes from her El Limon I farm.

Expect a mellow redcurrant acidity at the front end which then evolves into tones of blackberry with a toffee sweet finish. As always this espresso is delicious in milk!
