Throughout the Chiapas region of Mexico are collections of smallholder coffee producers growing coffee in the rich upper reaches of the mountains. The GRAPOS organisation has expanded from just 90 members to 2,708 producers of which 772 are female.
This coffee has been decaffeinated using the mountain water method.
Expect flavours of chocolate, hazelnut and malt in the cup, reminiscent of a warming cup of Horlicks.
