This lot is a blend from Finca El Tambor and Finca Los Humitos – two farms from Guatemala.  El Tambor is a 150 hectare farm while Los Humitos is smaller at around 28 hectares.   

Expect flavours of raisin, caramel and brown sugar

This coffee has been decaffeinated using the carbon dioxide method.
