This is our more advanced training suitable for those who have a responsibility for calibrating the grinder on a day to day basis. 

On this course you will dip into the science of espresso calibration and explore the relationship between dose, extraction time and extraction yield. 

Experience Required

This is a relatively advanced course and we will be looking at coffee in more detail. We will be tasting espresso throughout this session so this course is only appropriate for those who drink coffee on a regular basis. 
Our online training is more appropriate for those who want to understand grinder calibration better but do not drink coffee.
