This is a one day course designed to introduce core barista skills to people with no previous barista experience.

This course will cover all the key skills you will need to confidently be able to produce all the drinks on a typical coffee menu. We’ll begin with an introduction to coffee before moving on to the core skill of being able to calibrate a grinder to produce an espresso. This leads us nicely on to milk foaming, giving you the skills you need to produce a perfect flat white or silky, smooth cappuccino.

This course takes place at our training facility in Threlkeld, which we’ve kitted out with the very best equipment. 

At the end of the course you can undertake SCA Accreditation via an online test. 

While we do not charge a fee for the course content, the SCA charge an enrolment and service fee.
