We will cover:

  • the types of plant based milk available and their broad characteristics
  • how to effectively foam plant based milks and understanding their limitations
  • how to choose plant based milks for your menu

This is very much a sensory course so you will be expected to taste a wide range of plant based milks, both with and without coffee.
